Diets

As anyone doing this, knows its a challenge.
and occasion I am sure we would all slip.
I like that its gradual, more likely to stick when done.

I am aiming for 198-200 lbs, that way I can bounce
a little, high side being 205.
Also doing it slower helps habits change.

I will admit with this covid thing, I have no desire to
eat anywhere, so that helps eliminate fast food places :)

Heres a weekend salad to try, Trevor!

I am behind on my reporting, this should have been done yesterday.
207.5 maybe why I didn't report :ROFLMAO:
my lowest drop, since I started, like the big easter dinner
and BBQ burgers on Monday :)
no excuse, but it was very tasty :)

I promise to be better this week.

You are making progress - your goal is in sight -
funny how you hit a spot that takes forever to get past - last couple of weeks has been .3 down , .2 up then repeat for me. I hope to make your 200 goal - but I’ve still got a long way to go

ya its the long game for sure.
I actually believe its better, more likely to maintain,
than dropping 20lbs in 2 weeks.

when over, you and I will have changed some bad habits.
trick then is to stay on top of it.

I’m stuck at 205, up from 195 around Christmas. I miss playing hockey 2 or 3 times a week and I haven’t found anything to burn off the same number of calories while I’m still eating as if I’m playing. Hopefully the rinks will open soon and I can get back into it
