Shelby GT350R

Well after 9 days, I got the tires, small amount of foolishness getting them mounted.
TO find out, they ordered the wrong ones. Yes sport cup 2.
but not the spec, fair bit of difference in design. But wear and temp ratings same.
I suspect they will last a bit longer, but not much so I kept them.
Did not want to wait another 10 days. I have a full set coming, I hope next week.
Checked alignment and it is more aggressive than street recommendations
so maybe why they wore a little faster than I hoped for.
I need camber plates to make the adjustments I want, so Will research and order those this weekend.
For now, back on the road and made it down to A&W tonight before a weekend of rain.

A couple pics of fronts.

As the saying goes you got to pay to play.
But its addictive, you truly get to drive your car.
In a safe controlled environment.
The alignment settings are off a little, that sped up the wear time also.
Guess I am going to have to work harder to pay for extra sneakers :)

Haha. Well that explains the strange times you were posting in the middle of the night. Haha

Ya sometimes a I wake up and takes me an hour to go back to sleep, so I get up and read LOL.
In winter its likely time I got up to go to work or got home :)

Got my new sneakers today, beautiful set of 4 :)
Caster / Camber plates ordered.
I think I will run the next track day with tires I have on it.
Not sure if I will get camber plates in time to get on car and have alignment
before the next track day. Not to worried about the fronts that are on it as they were
the wrong tire in the first place.

Not even close and don't tell her LOL.
them ain't buy one pair get the 2nd pair for a dollar ( I wish)

Your tires don't last long enough as it is. All You need is a mod that will have you installing a new set of 4 every second month. :FordSmile
