2018 -19 NHL season

That's how it should be. You can score goals but maintain respect for your opponent.
Don't belittle them. Low key is the way to go.
I'm with Don Cherry on that.
Anyway, Bruins bounced back pretty good last night against Buffalo.
Marchand in on all 4 Bruins' goals.
That ought to earn him a bit of credibility of not being just a pest.

Definitely nice to see the habs off to a nice start. Long season we will see how they pan out. Toronto is going to turn it around I am sure.

True but 2 games in Montreal and Ottawa are at top of east. Just funny considering, I know that will change
but enjoy our small victories when they come,

Kings beat Montreal 3-0 in their home opener last night.

Penguins are in Montreal Saturday night, and will be ready after their 5-1 loss to the Habs in Pittsburgh.

Leafs beat Wings 5-3 last night and are Number 1 in the East with 8 Points. After 3 games, Habs have 3.

Habs out played kings for most part, but same old story couldn't score.
Montreal made 5-6 big mistakes, price saved them from a few
but kings capitalized on others. It will be that kind of year.

Habs were a bit lazy at times and I will tell you when they skate
they are good, when they don't it gets ugly quick.

Leafs big guns are scoring and the defence sucks, but as long
as your scoring 5,6,7,8 it won't matter lol.

The fact that they had 5 days between games plus that 45 minute pre game ceremony they were stuck on the ice for while the Kings were relaxing in their dressing room certainly didn't help.

Ya, Defence isn't such a Big Deal when the Team scores 5 to 8 goals a game.

Good for the Leafs, 51 years since last Cup is too long.

Watched entire game. Down 2-0 after 1st period. They came back strong in 2nd, Tatar getting 2 and and Gallagher 1 in secod. Byron and Drouin scored in the Shoot Out. 5 out of a possible 8 points, not too shabby.

Red Wings in Montreal Monday and Blues on Wednesday.

Habs beat the Blues 3-2 last night. Domi got first blood scoring 20 seconds into first period. Reilly got the second goal, and with 5 seconds to go in a tied 2-2 game, Gallagher got the winning goal. Habs have now racked up 9 out of a possible 12 points. They play Senators in Ottawa Saturday.
