Gerry has gotten hold of someone in Charlottetown Holiday in express and arranged the night for us.

Booking is set up ! "MARITIME MUSTANG" is the group name.

The dates we are looking for is the PEI Shellfish weekend.. We do have the 20 rooms and our group rate is $139 plus taxes (RACK rate is $169-$189 for that weekend). As always, included are full hot buffet breakfast, free parking, free WiFi, indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. I've asked for as many drive up rooms as possible but they are limited. As of today there are 13 Drive ups left- Please specify if you need one bed or two when you book . MARITIME MUSTANG block of rooms will be held until August 17th but please book early.

Fred and Linda are booked for Charlottetown.! Let us know when you have touched base again with Summerside. cause when I called the other day , they didn't know what I was talking about. They transferred me to the sales Department , I left them a Voice Mail 2 days ago , they haven't contacted me ?

Same thing happened to me early this week when I called Summerside. I didn't book. Will wait till someone answers that knows whats going on. Was able to book Charlottetown yesterday no problem.
 
Thanks for all the work on this- its not easy to organize a trip like this - more than 2-3 cars is like trying herd cats!
 
I was talking to Jacque in Summerside, all should be good for booking rooms.

I like the Idea for sure, but Hotels are already set, with a few booked.
So want to stick with that. Friday night in Summerside, Sat. night in Charlottetown.
The run is still being worked on. Lunch or supper is not set yet either.
I have looked at a few options.
That weekend in Charlottetown is also Seafest, so finding a nice Lobster dinner should not be an issue
if folks wish to do that, I know my wife would be in for it :)

Also with meals, each can do as they wish if so desired, but it is fun when we do it as a group.
Last year proved that for sure. Hard to top Roger's & Sally's spaghetti :)
 
For some reason I cannot see anything that Lorne has posted. Yesterday I could see his picture in the other post but today I cannot see it anymore and either can I see what he has written above ??? Funny ?? Must be pick on Lorne's day ..... lol
Everything else is A-1 ..
