Back to the Mini versus Bug discussion.
Interestingly enough, I saw the latest issue of Motor trend today.
Titled GOAT. Greatest of all time.
Referring to the greatest cars of all time.
The 1960 Mini made the cut but no Bugs.
However two VW GTI’s made it in.
The 83 Rabbit GTI and the 2015 GTI.
Two Mustangs made it in.
The 65 and 2016 GT350 (350R).
There were several Ferraris.
No Camaro.
Two Vettes.

I received my issue in today’s mail too. Was happy to see 2 Mustangs on the list. Nice to see Mini on list too. Mini was an exciting car, Beatle was a Workhorse.

Panhard came in yesterday so put it on right away..the jack is under the diff cause i dropped the axle to adjust rear coils while i was under there, one side was off about 1/2".

Yep, a lot of work for sure . If I had a hoist , then i might consider it, but with out , no way ..Looks good, I see next winters project.

I did that one winter to my 08 lol.
I did mine on jack stands,
little section at a time lol.
funny then I lowered car,
only one who knew it was done is me lol.
