I heard they were running out of stickers. Pretty good chance the cops will be lenient on this type of thing for a few months anyway. Some gaeags are not even doing inspections.
Yes I heard NS had relaxed some of their laws. NB has not followed suite yet that I heard of. They probably will.MVIs that expire in March April and May are extended until June 30 in NS. It is still illegal to operate an unsafe vehicle
I had an unfriendly discussion with a Borden PEI town cop one day about the lack of an inspection sticker on my NS registered pickup. I had just replaced the windshield and I knew that all I needed was the paper inspection certificate but he was adamant that I needed a sticker Fortunately his RCMP partner knew the NS rules and was sensible enough to look at my plate on the rear of the truck so when the discussion was rapidly going down hill he stepped in an informed the Borden officer that I was correct. It was before my mum died so it was so long ago that I don’t recall if PEI still had a front plate (N.S. didn’t ) or not but for some reason I think that came into the discussion as well
Not in NS, you’re only allowed to drive it enough for repairsYou could always make a weekly visit for a fresh REJECTED sticker..... at least youd be legal.
Same in NB ..Not in NS, you’re only allowed to drive it enough for repairs
Called Dewares today.Stickers came in and she's legal once again. My wife is driving on an April sticker because they were out.
I have a hard time believing any of our Mustangs would ever see a rejection sticker.
To well kept and maintained for that.
Now some of the drivers, well....................
