Thought of the day.

Canuck166, sorry I'm still rusty on the names, do you have details on that Bangor show?
My wife is working next weekend, so I might be looking for something to do.

Of course I thought about a Coyote Swap. But then I added up the 10K for the engine , then probably another 5K for chassis upgrades. 15K on a car I only paid $10,900 for would not be a Wise Investment. I f I had money like that to spend on a Toy , I'd go out and get a new one that left the Factory with either a Coyote or VooDoo Engine.

When dumping the blackwater into a sewage dump station you should make sure the end in the station is secure before opening the valve otherwise a shit storm may occur.

I swear I could smell the crap on my favourite sneakers as I drove down the highway and they were in the back of the Sierra :(

That was one of the things the dealer told us when we picked up the unit. I should have pulled out the hose and rinced off my sneaker when I dumped the grey water. All that soap in the water would have cleaned off the shit

Sent you a PM last night. Was away for last camping weekend of the season but will touch base before we head down to the Island. I may change my plans of leaving on Thursday and just leave Friday morning so maybe we can tag along, not sure yet but it looks like Friday is the day so far??

My daughter has a 2012 Focus titanium and she had same issues with transmission. Was hell for a few years as we had no service up here until dealership was sold and new service manager is now great. You have to get updates done and they changed the clutch as well so now things have been pretty good, no issues with car at all but it is a different feel with that twin clutch system. Ford is aware of these issues and I do believe that they now have a 7 year warranty on these transmissions at no cost. By the way Fred as you know I am Blue Oval all the way too........lol But I would not get another one of those Focus's, just not my favorite from Ford, beautiful car but just not my thing !!

I would say that most campers have experienced this at one point or another, just sucks !!!!

What I find funny is, except for a few, what it cost to buy, maintain and pay extra for fully serviced lots.
Is only good deal for the hard core camper. Otherwise rent a cottage to motel run and buy food is just as cheap.
And septic issues become someones else's problem :)

Hyundai Elantra is better than the rental I got 2 weeks ago , when my Departmental vehicle was in the shop. I got a Chevy Spark ! Smallest car I've ever driven.
