Meant to mention, putting on intake got a bit of a look at a few things super clean,
we pulled tranny off, clutch looks brand new, without Al's hp I will start will stock clutch
tempting Macleods have there pro street set up on for a $1000.00 but I will wait for now.
To say over budget at this point is a bit of understatment lol.

Searching for some high performance summer tires if anyone has any connections.
Not sure I want to go with cup 2's on this, hoping for a bit more wear lol.
Maybe Toyo R888R's or Nitto NT05 etc.

MOMO steering wheel and new gauge cluster showed up today :)
I love boxes wwith car parts, better than Christmas.

For more wear, what about Michelin Super Sport or AS4’s?

I don’t have any better connection than you with MacPhee though. ☹️

I have been told 7500 is normal and 8000 is no problme, but have not done any research

7500 was the redline on the Boss Road Runner engine, and they made a big deal of it at the time because it was high for a production American V8.
They needed that redline to take advantage of the short runner Boss intake.
It made max power st 7400 rom.

Regular coyote redline was lower at 7000, I believe.
I actually thought it was 6500 but most of the stuff I’m reading tonight says 7000.
Either way, the gen. 1 and 2 engines made max. power at 6500 with a long runner intake.

The max redline your engine had from factory is 7000.
To maximize the Boss intake, you’ll want to bump it up a bit
Pete will know what is safe with stock oil pump. 👍

Cams and valve train speed may also play a part in dictating safe redline.
