Yeah for the most part it will be a clean garage. I have been keeping my eyes open for a cheaper mini split unit that would work.

I have heat pump and furnace
Heat pump is great because of air in summer
so car does not see moisture
18 k BTU won't keep warm on real cold days, but still decent.
I turned off and heated with furnace in winter.
But my car was stored elsewhere ( heat pump and furnace also)
Wife enjoyed heated garage for cleaning bronco

Yeah mini split would be cool for the air as well when cleaning and detailing. Just not sure how much I want to spend lol.

If you can I would go for the heat pump, I love the fact that I can chill it down for cleaning and waxing inside, it makes a major difference, but it’s going to probably cost you about $4k, that said the costs for heating and cooling are pretty minimal.

You make it back up over long period with the efficiency.
More progress today. 2 walls textured. Attic insulated and garage door installed. Man I love the high lift!!
Yeah there will be no painting of the walls needed. I thought of looking for large mustang logo though. LolLooking good, soon have to get the paint trays out.

Thanks guys!! Drywall guy tells me he will be out of here tomorrow by 1:00. Supposed to pave on Friday however I am not sure if the weather will cooperate. I will finish the electrical this weekend.
