It's pretty much common knowledge that Carroll Shelby received a heart transplant during the course of his life.

But he also received another organ transplant, what was it ??
 
No I believe he kept his right foot but he could have been wearing cement shoes ???

He did have a pretty good sense of humor as the heart he received came from a black man who had died of an aneurism playing in a casino. So when he woke up form his operation he told the doctor: Hope you gave me his dork too !!!

BUT there was a blue convertible sold two days before the original launch - was not supposed to be available !
