Yesterday was a huge rainy day overall for sure! Came up from Fundy extremely early in the morning (packed the tent at 6AM lol) so was home when the most hit. As usual the Mustang sitting in the driveway getting it all lol..

I spent the weekend in Fundy too.
Not bothered by rain though.
Parkland village inn.
Although, until Sunday, there was less precipitation in Fundy than Moncton or Shediac.

weather forecast is quite different depending on where you look
over next few days, not even close to each other, so like most days
wait till you wake up to see what were getting.

No rain here on the East Coast of Vancouver Island since June 15th. A solid month without a drop. Water levels in lakes and streams have dropped to the point where fisheries is concerned about juvenile salmon survival. The unprecedented heat wave, with temps on the Island reaching 40+ for several days in a row, is putting our forests at risk. It's one big tinderbox. Warmer temps, and no rain in the forecast for at least the next 10 days.
Being totally dependent on a shallow well for all our fresh water needs, this isn't a great situation.

Rains stayed away -( covered it just in case) - concrete is set - forms come off tonight !

almost need a coat
