2024 Race season

F-1 test over and its fun to watch, but real hard to gleam and real truths,
teams running through programs, different engine settings and fuel loads
tire choices etc.

But of the teams who produced a few long runs,
Maclaren look the best, Redbull hard to tell they really didn't do a long run with max,
car looks difficult, Merc looks ok, but did they manage to fix some of the inherent problems
of last few years and last but not least

Ferrari, being a Ferrari fan from being a kid and Gilles and now a Hamliton fan
this should be fun to watch, 40 year old, with ferrari at sharp end of stick,
Leclerc is also very quick, should be a great year.

Consensus is top 4 are still the top for, with the mid pack gaining a bit
With last year for these regulations, teams should be close, this should make for some great racing.
2 weeks to first race in Australia, Can't wait!

Nascar, to susper speedway races over, I find them hard to watch as always a big wreck with 10 laps to go
and soe donkey who causes the wreck wins, so I rarely watch it all.

today they are on road course COTA might be fun to watch circle boys trying to drive
road course :)

Been reading all the F-1 News, half which is likely BS
but it is all about to become real, teams are now in Australia
setting up the Paddock, even most of the Drivers are already there.

With the Aussie times being half way around the world,
me getting up and watching @ 1 am or so seems perfectly reasonable :)
Can't wait to see where everone landed with winter upgrades.

That’s because you have been reading the 2024 news (check the thread title) - ;-)

Monaco May be tight and not much passing,
but rarely boring, Such a tight track, where drivers make a huge difference,
MM for walls.

2nd Practice,
Leclerc 1st
Pistria 2nd
Hamilton 3rd,

great start for Ferrari
be cool to see P-3 and
Qualifying, ahh but work, that heartless bitch and
a race car with less than 8 days to get ready

Starting line up, after penalties to Hamilton , Stroll and Bearman.
