On the road again
The big conversation right now has to be Ovechkin. Will very soon be the record holder for goals in the NHL. Not sure how I feel about this. Gretzky has been a player I watched since I found out what hockey was and to have him second in goals seems surreal. Gotta give Ovi credit though. He’s gonna break the record that most thought would never be touched. And to do it in the era that he’s done it makes it even more impressive. Like him or not his talent is off the charts and he will be (already is actually lol) one of the best ever to play in the NHL.
Yeah I’m with you on this one Jason. Ovechkin is an amazing player. Not sure I want Gretzky to be de throned either.
I am not an Ovechkin fan, and don't think he is one of the best to ever play the game,
Easy to argue he is an amazing goal scorer and he has won A cup, so credit due,
But I am pretty sure hes not in my top 20 of all time greats.
I understand records and some are incrediblly impressive,
but I have always looked beyond that as it is a team sport.
Grezty is a great example of that, all the records he broke,
as good as he was, he can not win a game alone, as no one can.
So I tend to look at it different, and of coruse thats only my Opinion.

Seems more and more on many different games.
I don't care, tell me what time game is actually going to start
and I will tune in then, I have shit to do and celebrating somebody for winning a broadcasting award
at a Hockey game, or at least during the broadcast is insane, half of his stuff is in 2 languages, which means it takes twice as long
