Max, if I where you and you where going to rub whatever you want to rub ( LOL) it would be for good news on my car. Nobody wants you to have to do the run in a Jetta.At this point might as well rub a genie or something (or is it the lamp that's supposed to be rubbed?
He can ride is bike, we can tie a rope to him
I heard that he is planning on making an appearance if all goes as planned.

Let’s hope for the best. But Worst case Max can run lead in mine ( if he can stand the lower power) and I’ll run his Jetta from the back of the pack - I’m kind of used to the Jetta ( it’s what I run daily )

Went to Neguac yesterday.Roads good from Miramichi up but 126 not great.One construction detour with gravel and one stretch with lots of holes.Had a bear run across in front of me and came across someone who must have hit something.There were two police cars and they were looking for something in the ditch.Lots of wildlife.

Good to know about the 126. My plan was for the coastal route on 134 to get there and sounds even better now. Took two weeks off from work to coincide with the run since the fall timing was announced. Coming from Western NS it will be a day run Friday to get there, then the Saturday run. May turn into a 2-3 day return trip with a few more stops in other parts of NB. Having lived there in the 80's we like to take time to revist old driving routes to the small towns any time we go over. NB has always been a beautiful place with so much variety to see. I think I missed quite a few covered bridges on my trip last summer as I only got pics with six of them. Thanks for the road report.

Yah, we’re going to make it a round trip affair as well.
We’re planning to drive down to Fredericton Friday to then head up the No. 8 along the Miramichi.
Then on Sunday, return through Campbellton and Hwy 17 northern route.

Hey guys, I just had a chat with Trevor. If all goes as planned we could meet up with some of the Nova Scotia Crew and PEI Crew In the Canadian Tire /Sobey's parking lot in Shediac.. Gas and washroom brake close by. Departure time from there would be around 3:00PM. Then we could go down some of the 134 for some scenic driving into Mirimichi. The more the merrier.
