2018 -19 NHL season

Flyers beat Bruins last night 4-3, so no movement in Atlantic standings.

Leafs play Lightning tonight and Bruins meet the Blues, (and I hope the Bruins have the Blues after the game.)

Tomorrow, Leafs play the Panthers and the Habs play the Blue Jackets.

If the Canadians win tomorrow and the Bruins lose tonight as well as the Leafs losing tonight and tomorrow, the Habs can move into the 2nd spot in the Atlantic Division Standings.

:FordSmile

Habs Won their 4th in a Row last night beating Blue Jackets 4-1. Price in Nets, 2 Goals by Tatar followed by 2 empty netters by Armia.

If Habs win tonight against Flyers and Bruins lose against Islanders, (Highly Possible, as Islanders are on a Tear and just took over top spot in Metropolitan Division), Habs will pass Bruins and Leafs and Move into 2nd in Atlantic behind Lightning.

Go Habs Go !

With the Worst Power Play in the League, Canadians lost to the 2nd to last worst Team in the East, the Flyers. Bruins also lost to Rangers and Rask was run over, out with a concussion, doesn't look good.

So Leafs had a Good Night, and weren't even playing. Leafs play Coyotes tonight. Habs play Coyotes Wednesday

Habs looked good for 10 minutes, then after that they looked slow and disinterested.
They need to take advantage of games like this. Power play is hurting them.
I would play with normal line until they figure it out, can't be worse.
Drouin is playing really bad, at least 5-6 give-aways last night and passes like is
passing to a 3 year old. Skating like public skate.

I started watching it mid way trough the first. I must have missed the best part of the game. The rest of it was pretty painful.

Drouin? I am not sure what is wrong with him but he does not seem to be clicking at all. Hopefully he finds it soon.

Canadians beat Coyote's 2-1last night and Leafs beat Capitals 6-3. Habs moved up to 3rd in Atlantic, Bruins in 1st Wild Card spot. Habs are off now till February 2nd. All Star Skills Competition is Friday, and games are Saturday night.

not many thought that Habs would be 3rd in Atlantic Division going into the All Star break. Habs have won 5 of their last 6 games.

Break for all star weekend and then mandatory 5 day break, so at least now until Monday with no real hockey :(
Games are interesting, things are so tight every game seems to make a difference. Makes it fun to watch your team and follow others.
Should be one hell of a race to the playoffs and so many close fighting for a spot.

Yea, Bruins fans stay quiet like leafs fans. Not like some Habs fans with logo - ed underwear, coffee cups and paper bags to pull on when a game goes South. Nothing really matters til the teams are settled for the second round of the playoffs!
