2017 / 2018 NHL Season

Habs play 17th place Colorado Wednesday out west, then last place Arizona on Thursday.

They should be able to Beat Arizona, but after all the game is being played out West virtually eliminating any chance the Habs had of winning that game either.
 
I hope webers is out till end of year, We need drouin and a few others to go down as well.
One can not state enough what a 5 top pick in draft is worth.
the top 5 are considered NHL ready now.
Montreal getting 1 or 2 high first rounds picks won't help
for several years.

And You have nothing to worry about Trevor, the Habs lost again last night, shut out 2-0 by Colorado and are 12 points out of a Wild card Spot with 51 points..

Leafs won their 5th in a row beating the Blue Jackets 6-3. They have 75 Points !
 
Fred you should be happy, your new team the Leafs won again, getting hot in to stretch run.

Habs losing is good, especially on west road trip as I don't watch the whole game :)
 
Their not my new team till the Habs are officially out in April, then they I will cheer for any Canadian Team left standing, but it's looking like the Leafs will be the only ones. I am as much a Hockey fan as I am a Habs Fan.

Team Canada Men beat the Swiss 5-1 this morning. Rene Bourque got 2 of the goals. :FordSmile
 
Calgary are looking decent, Winnipeg even better. But that said, I would cheer for a team from south america
before I would cheer for leafs or Bruins.

At the moment, Winnipeg, Vegas and then Pens, is who I would cheer for, many of these teams
have plenty of Canadians to cheer for. Considering the year Vegas has had, would be incredible if
they won the cup, would sure be fun to watch.
 
Haha. Leafs and Bruins would be the last 2 teams I would cheer for as well. To much rivalry there to flip a switch like that. Hockey fan or not. No way.

I won't argue the Leafs have a good team, But no way I would every cheer for the leafs.
I am a huge hockey fan, but Being a habs fan, cheering for the Leafs would be the same as saying a Camaro is better than a Mustang, never happen in this life time.
I would prefer a 1977 Mustang 2 auto with rusty steel wheels over any Camaro on any day.
 
Habs lost again last night in Arizona 5-2. So looks like we are on our way to having a decent ream in 5 years if they keep losing any get he top picks in the Draft. Habs play in Vegas Saturday Night. That should be a good game.
