How Many Kilometers or miles did you put on your Mustang this Summer ?

After the run this weekend we went to Charlottetown Sunday night for some fine Gahan House made local brew and their Brown Bag Fish and Chips. On the way back we noticed the trip meter on the car for this summer rolled 10,000 KM's as we passed through Baie Verte NB. In a year like this every tick of the odometer has been a welcomed sight. Pic at the 10,000 mark.

Just checked my run from the weekend. Reset Friday AM. Might only be 4 cylinder turbo but I cannot argue the fuel economy. Also when I was deciding what to buy in March 2017 the insurance for the 8 cyl was about 30 percent more per year over the 4. Made the choice easier. 7.6 over the whole weekend.

Nice mpg. Must be driving way nicer than i was driving my focus st. Although, it had a lot of work done ? ?. Normal hwy was about 8.8 to 9.2.

Traded on the mustang on a trip to montreal, 8.4 on the way up and 8.6 on the way down with the mustang, and double the cylinder count ?

Depends what your relationship with the car is and how you want to use the car.
There is no right or wrong, only opinions.
I’ll take the 11.1 fuel mileage. ?
Fully agree. The 2.3T does what we wanted it to do and suits both of us as drivers. Not knocking the 11.1 as I tracked my 2013 F150 crew with the 5.0 for the first 100,000 Kms and marked every fill up in a log. In the end I spent $17,300 just in fuel for that time. I think the truck is averaging 12.5 overall. Back then the ecoboost was just starting to get traction. It has worked well for me and hauled any load it was given. Speaking of how we want to use the car. Still never had anyone in the back seats yet. Just a few jackets, road maps and empty coffee cups.
