Thought of the day.

Got a bit of garage clean up done after cleaning the car , weather turned nice so drove to Truro for supper - now it’s dusty again!

A 65 fastback won best in show at the American Muscle show last week .. I think they are my too picks after seeing the white one at the Petty show a few weeks ago and this one this week

I've been looking at them , but wasn't sure if they worked well, I've read mixed reviews ..but I guess if you store on newspaper and don't use on a hot car it's good..

Yeah I have one. It worked fine in the beginning. Did the newspaper trick but I still get some wax residue sometimes. I just keep an eye on it. They say the dirtier they are the better....not sure on that one. Lol

Some of the Ford Club guys have them and they say not to clean them just shake them off. They use them often and the wax residue will wear off.

Can someone explain me what does it do (if anything) to lay it down on newspapers? I personally do not trust them enough to buy it. I'm going over the car with high quality microfiber (the rag company) + quick detailer and I do not touch the car once sun starter to hit.... all the fun of a black car :)

The paper is supposed to take the excess wax out.I hope to try it soon and will make up my mind whether it is a good thing or not.Maybe I will try it on the wife's car.

Had one, trashed it.
Found it didn't do the job like it should have.
Use a waterless wash now with microfiber towel and way better.

I love mine. There was some wax residue still after a year but I washed the duster with dish soap and let it air dry,now work like a charm
