no not yet, and of April or 1st of May is normal.
Few things equate, first we need 7 days with out going below zero
2nd will depend on how much rain we actually get in Nov.
Standard over last 15 years between April 20th and May 1
One it was May 12th and once it was April 15th in last 15 years.

I was actually thinking of salt being washed off roads and us driving cars :)

Oh and its not HRM its NS gov.
 
Crap being called for the weekend, I hope its more rain than snow, I don't want to plow and I don't want salt on roads :(
 
Read today that the Police were searching for a missing "Mother Nature" ....
She was described as Bipolar, out of Control and very Unpredictable...
Very fitting in my opinion after receiving a foot or so of snow with February like winds. Looking at the calendar it says April, ah I am confused !!!
 
And the Kensington PEI Police Force has a Warrant of Arrest out for Shubenacadie Sam, the Nova Scotia Ground Hog who predicted an early Spring. (Was on Radio this morning). It is sunny with minus 17 windchill in Moncton this morning. Didn't see one Mosquito.

at 3am it was 5cm, but roads it never stuck.
Rain took over and now its all gone.
no one here salted last night. Not so sure we will
be that lucky tomorrow :(
