Thought of the day.

Took a spin to Wolfville to pick up my daughter. Used up the last of the tank that I added stabilizer to. Had to fill up again.

Down to Brookfield today, saw a bit of salt on the ramps at Milford, no sign anywhere else on the old road, just at the depot . Added stabilizer, now need to top up again, today may have been the last run - but might try another rip tomorrow AM

Weather looks good for the next few days. With the exception of the salt on the roads it's still not bad out there for running the Stangs.

My Mustang isn't as Nice or as valuable of some of yours , but I would never dream of driving it on roads that were salted days ago.

Good thing about storing your car off site , you aren't tempted to drive it once it is put away.

So what is that, a commercial car storage facility, that you rent space at? If your car is tucked in behind others, how do you get it out of there?

If I plan on writing something longer , like a build, I use word and then copy to the forum. Then you have it.

The get your text go to the page, place the curser at the begining, then hold down the left mouse key and scroll to the end. Then copy it by placing the curser over the blue text, and right click mouse and select copy. Then go to a word document position the curser, right click and select paste. or something like that. You'll get the idea, but you probably already knew that.

As ridiculous as it is, Windows 10 doesn't come with any Word program.. I ended up using a free download of Libre' Office, which has a program very similar to Word. It's also great that iit will still open all the files I transfered from my old PC, that were originally done in Word.

I understand the copy and paste method for text, but will the pictures I inserted also copy. I believe there is a method for saving an entire web page, pictures and all.

Commercial , heated , alarmed with close circuit surveillance video. As far as getting it out , I have no trouble getting it out at the end of April every year. In the Maritimes , that is early enough .

Not tempted to drive mine. Once I give the word that it's put away the road coverage comes off until May. Nice to have that option and save a bit over the winter months. Not much for salt around yet. They did the bridges and maybe some other main roads approaching it but outside the city don't see any at all.

Saw some salt in Milford coming home yesterday so Last drive was today, filled up tank and parked it with the cover on until the winter works project begins. Time to collect a few more pieces - just repair what's worn out - be ready for next year. Is it spring yet?

I was curious as to how well magnetic dampers work, so I went out and bought a set.
Only caveat was that they came attached to this 2017 Fusion Sport.
It's a beautiful car to drive.
It's going to be a long winter having it parked next to the Mustang.
I've decided I'm not going to run it in this winter's salt.
Will split driving duties between my truck and the little Focus I picked up in the spring.
Looking forward to next summer.

Nice care especially with it's 325 HP. Isn't it All Wheel Drive ? Would make a good year round vehicle. But if you have enough vehicles to drive this winter , no harm in parking it. The next owner will be glad you took care of it for him LOL.

From the few km's I've put on so far, it does drive very nice. The dampers do work well.
It is AWD Fred. It's basically my wife's car to drive and it will see winter in the coming years.
We happen to be in a position this winter where my daughter didn't need a car at school.
