Nice car Carlo. Family first is always a good decision.
Sympathies to Mr. Crandall's family and friends.
Got winter tires off the truck today.

A little track action. The rain held off all morning but it eventually came in afternoon.

It was lots of fun..
I actually preferred the autocross in the morning because we were driving solo.
The afternoon was fun to try different cars but it was all paced laps behind instructor.
They have different format then other places.
Then again, we were using all their cars so I guess that's how they limit their liability.
The track is quite fun with lots of elevation changes.
A few interesting lines in a couple corners where if you try to apex in the corner, unweighting of the car will pull you off the track.
In one in particular, the apex was at the corner exit going uphill. Different.

I don't have pictures of the autocross, only short videos.
The site won't let me attach one.

Well I started out with good intentions :)
Started to clean up garage, then Helimech arrived.
Convinced me to check out dyno day at local shop,
people pay to put car on to run numbers.
So off we go, watched a few cars, his brother was there
but his min was to low to go on dyno. Watched a few cars
and left, coffee in the garage along with some bench racing
got little done to car :( Ah well 4 days of rain ahead, I have time to get
everything done, before next weekend.

Out for a few cruises in the daily this weekend. Roads are either really driver off road quality or set up for autocross. Alot of patching required on many. Appears the top coat of asphalt is delamination. My dad who worked 45 years in road construction has always the pavement laid after Halloween won't stand uo. Too cold by the time its spread. Hopefully things improve in the next 2 weeks!

It's going to Rain here in Moncton till this Saturday. Then the long term forecast is showing clear with low chance of precipitation straight through till Sunday May 5th. With only 10% POP on the day of the Run.No Problem, cause I'm getting the BULLITT out of Storage the morning of the 27th, will drive home in the rain, then have a week of dry weather to clean Saturday's Road Grime off.

It's like that saying from Game of Thrones up here tonight.
"Winter is coming"!
Just looked outside and a blanket of white out there now.
They're supposed to get more in the northeast.
Accumulation of 6 to 8 cm maybe.
Not Mustang weather up here yet.
