Good day today......City crews were on the street and removed snow for 4-5 hours so now we can meet oncoming traffic, cool !!
Now snow in the forecast for next 8 days to make up for it...............great !! lol lol

Well weather looks sketchy first of week, my fear is not accumulation.
Its having to salt or see trucks out salting. Roads are clean here except for
odd place someone has salted, so close to being on the road.
this would be a set back.

It was all clean until this morning. No idea why they dumped so much out there. I guess it's because they have one of the garages out that way so highway trucks coming and going.

Nobody salted in the city or cole harbour yet.
likely did bridges. this is slowing down my plans for car.
 
Anybody licking up on long range forecast Monday pm into Tuesday? Looking like snow coming in through the pm here 5-10cm, 10-15cm overnight & more Tues. Totals 20-25, possibly up to 35cm! Haven't gone looking too hard....kinda hoping it's somebody's bad joke! If any of this hits northern NB after the snow they got this week, we won't see those Mustangs til July!!

That was my reference to sketchy Monday night.
Calling for 5-10 here. 5 cm would barely be a salt event.
as there is some heat in the ground now. It snowed here this morning.
even though it came for 2-3 hours no accumulation.

Big problem will be everyone salting, which is gone here.
It will take another several rains to wash it away.

You are right about northern NB, the got 20 cm last week.
 
Yesterday, they salted fall river and bedford.
this morning they were putting brine down in
dartmouth, cole harbour and eastern passage.
yet I see idiots driving their toys around.
People are so stupid, might as well drive them year round.
 
Ya this delays cars getting out here by 1 week or 2
depends on rain later in the week.
I need to do oil change and tires.
Tires were pretty hard and not much traction
when it went away. Hopefully this is it :(

This also interferes with my paving season.
roads won't open until all of this is gone and 10 days of plus temps
day and night. Was hoping for 22 of April.
 
Lots of bikes and Camaros out today. Looks like the band of snow is staying south of us. Still need the weather to stay on the plus side at night to see much change in things. Car booked for pick up from storage on May 1st. Booked for fluids change, exhaust a d shifter on 2nd and hoping to get detailed on the 3rd. Days seem to be moving slower this past week!
