Welcome to the world of first responders who get called back out after only an short sleep at end of evening or night shift, during early morning so called "silent hours", and then have to stay up to work the whole following day.
There's a few on this forum who used to do this in a previous career and a few that are doing it now in current career.

Ya, been there, done that.

Guess this doesn't fit under the Cool Mustangs thread but saw this restored Galaxy 500 at the golf course this morning. Didn't have much time to spare before tee time & car was gone when we got back in. Had hoped to catch the owner to get some better pics. A nice looking ride...

Nice car, and Judging by the Bulge on the Hood, must be a Big block car.

Know a guy in Moncton that had a 2 White, 2 door 64 Galaxy 500 with a 390 4 Speed. He sold it and got a travel trailer.

going to get 40 cm 70k winds here today , should be nice drive to work and back home.

Where is that unlike / dislike button ?? Figgin' visibility is the problem when traveling in that crap. My neighbor was telling me he got rear ended last week on the highway in those conditions and guy tried to run off. He had to chase him down for many miles before he stopped then he asked him to say it was his wife who was driving, wife not even with him in the car !! jackass

I've done it for years as a volunteer SAR member

Not sure of totals 10-15 cm, 2 hours freezing rain, 15 mm of rain, then just to have a little fun
flash freeze, greasy out there. Got everything done and salted twice, the great joy of 3 am salt run
and hope the sun actually comes out tomorrow to help with fringe stuff.

You folks in snow Armageddon country, be safe.

I gave up shovelling and just made snow mustang instead ..lol.

I missed all the snow. Montreal was sunny but pretty freaking cold. First day we walked just shy of 10 miles total....no car so why not. Checked out old Montreal which is pretty quiet in the winter months. Some skating and a few shops but a good percentage of it on the water was closed.
