Thought of the day.

Took nice picturesque cruise yesterday up on highway 17 to Madawaska but not for the right reasons. Car still up in Mustang Hospital as it sprung another hydraulic leak in one of my cylinders but it ended up being more fear than harm. Got a call earlier today and my ride is back in working order, was only an O ring that went bad and it is still under warranty from earlier this summer when they had done all that work on my roof. Now got to go back up a get it next week so another two and a half hour drive, too bad they are not next door, darn !!
Stupid design too as when those cylinders leak it goes right into the seat belt roller ruining your clothes, man can transmission fluid stink and clean up is another story.. Hah well could have been worse I guess ?? lol

The mechanic who is working on the Cooper and I were talking about the transplant when the topic of the clutch came up and if I wanted a new one. My comment was "I may be stupid for doing this but we're going to be smart while we're doing it." so a new clutch is on the list

Rough day of being self employed, sometimes I wish I was my only worker.
every guy has company bought rain gear, one guy wearing it, others don't know where
there is and got wet, wanted to go home. I think they should apply at war-mart of inside position.
Rant over, thanks I feel better, Oh I am wet and just finished work, LMAO.

Well after a rough day, today was better, started out sketchy,
asphalt spreader broke on first job in morning.:(
Had it fix and hour and half later and off we go again.
Guys did great work, long day and got it all done.
So with every crappy day, you hopefully get better ones also :)

All in all good week.

Well finally had to give in to the rain gods and ended up washing the Stang yesterday in pouring rain. With car up in the shop for a full week, with the nasty weather and with work don't think I got to do one single run since the Fall Cruise and could not find spot to prep car for storage. So giving up on fall pic and run, car going to bed this afternoon..........putting my snowmobile suit and driving car to storage......lol We had a dream summer but no spring and a real rotten fall weather wise up here, could not even go out on the four wheeler for nice run in the woods as it rained almost everyday here.....ah well on to next year now....lol
