I bet that it wasn't a True Blue 01.

There used to be one on the Island but it was totaled a few years ago and ended up at a Salvage Yard in Northern NB.

Apparently Trans Am Sales went up 70% after the first Smokey and the Bandit Movie was released.

And outfits in the States are still building restored TA's with all modern Muscle, brakes and Suspension, way better than the gutless 400 engine with only 200 HP in the late 70s.
