He had been a big part of our life for almost 13 years, at least we still had this one waiting for us when we got home.

Giving my final goodbyes to Jake yesterday. Last Winter after an Ice storm, Jake even helped me clear the fallen branches around the yard, If he noticed that i was struggling, he would start to pull on the branch with me and he would also start digging in the snow to help me pull them out of the ice and snow. He was an very smart dog and the best buddy you could ask for.
