Regular Exercise combined with sensible eating has paid off. At my heaviest I weighed 230 pounds and last July was 225.

Weighed myself yesterday and weighed 206 pounds.

Our homemade Pizza is more Filling than a Greco Works.

Our 12” Pizza gives us Supper with 2 pieces left over for lunch the following day.
