Home workouts are going good, even with the nice weather and summer activities I have managed to get in at least 4 workouts a week and with the arrival of fall as soon as Mustang is put away in mid October The number of workouts per week will get back to 5 or 6.

I have 550 pounds of dumbbells with sets from 3 to 50 pounds. 3,5,7 then from 10 to 50 in 5 pound increments.

Here I am doing Flat Dumbbell Chest Press with the 50 pound set.

From this position to the ready position a lot of grunting and groaning is involved to get in position, but once in position I’m good to go.

Doing four sets of 10 reps starting with 35 pound set, then 40,45 and finish with 50 pounders. First time after receiving the rest of the dumbbells to complete set I banged off 20 reps with the 50’s.

The older we get the more important this us for us, good job sticking to it Fred. I do my part most every morning and me and Dexter take our walk every evening.
