Saw something similar just over 30 years ago in Shediac in the back inner corner of the Shed that was also used to relax and drink beer, Guy had a Metal Automotive Funnel at the correct height that drained through the wall into the Garden

And back then Hand Sanitizers on the Wall hadn’t been invented yet

i knew a guy who had a waterless urnial in his garage, great idea as best I can tell.
