rained all night. last 2 hours very hard with
Thunder and Lightning strong for last hour or so.
Only another 20-30 mm today and the worst will be over

In HRM tonight

Yeahhhhhh i passed around that neck of the woods probably an hour before it was THAT bad. this was a serious rain event. In Bedford for the day at Julie’s brother, trying to find a way to get out back Dieppe way tonight. Maybe more tomorrow

Coming back from Dartmouth crossing yesterday night chucked me on the 7 then 102 to Bedford, that is floodd now this am. I can tell you the water was high back last night, rain coming down crazy.

My Son Olivier and his Girlfriend are at her parents place in Lower Sackville this weekend, this was the view behind the house last night.

On one direction from the house Police have closed road as they fear it may collapse and in the other direction vehicles are submerged on flooded streets.

They may get an unintended long weekend out of it but at least the house is on high ground.
