We called those shaggin wagons back in the day.

A couple guys in my hometown had them.
All decked out mini fridge, shag carpet all over and bed at the back.
Shaggin wagon was no understatement.
These things advertised pretty clearly what they were for.
Just coming out of the 60’s.
No aids to deal with yet back then.
The worse hazard could be cured with penicillin.
