Yup, I'd do the same.
Fresh fluids everywhere (for peace of mind), but the car is not old enough that the hoses, belts and other rubbery things have started to deteriorate (with the quality of modern materials).
One thing I couldn't do tho, is actually such a low mileage car... I am notorious for just jumping in the car whenever I get bored/feel like it and take a drive to literally nowhere, which with a 200kms babied future collector car would be an instant value killer. Extremely nice, but for someone else than this guy.
Mark's example here have been driven & enjoyed, and I would simply add a LOT more miles to it personally (again, I am not the client type for low-miles niche cars, I tend to drive too much
