The folks who run the racing series are a little clik ish, and like to change things
as they go, seems now they are in process of changing formats, rules and points systems.
Rules won't affect me too much as GT 1 has very little rules. other than safety.

No idea how this affects my season yet, other than hard on the head.
I know the 3 hour enduro at end of season, I can't make as we are in PEI.
They sure leave it to last minute, Wonder why they can't get more folks racing.

Guess I will see what they do and then decide what I am doing lol.
hopefully do some racing, go fast and not hit or break anything 😁

Car has left the 2nd shop and is now taken too the shop where I will get it wrapped
and decals done. lets see with a little more time this year, if we can be a bit more creative.
I like clean, so be nothing to extreme, still base white with blue :)

They should have for couple weeks, then I will have for a month.
to finish off last few details. and ready for the season.
car should be far better this year, with last of things that were never right fixed
body reset, new coolers, braces, airbox, seat.

Ordered tires ouch, was thinking about Av gas yesterday

I bet your looking to get behind the wheel again. Getting a few butterflies yet?:)
When does the season start, early June? Is the track available for any pre-season practice?
Are the events you attend local car club races, or does the series race in other Provinces too?
Would any of them be televised, perhaps on REV TV?

May 3 rd is a tune and test weekend.
You can also get the car teched for the season
on this weekend.
First race week is May 31st.

No TV, very grass roots, Atlantic Motorsports Park.
is the only road course in eastern Canada.
Bikes still have a National series.

Also the only Track left in North America
owned and operated by member clubs,
which means shoe string budgets and volunteers

It's sure great you have a nice road course closer to home to run at. I imagine it is pretty popular.

BC's Mission Raceway Park is still club owned as well by the B.C. Custom Car Association.
B.C.C.C.A is the oldest rod & custom car club in Canada. The club bought property and opened a drag strip in 1965. Since the BC Sports Car Club's Westwood road race course closed, they got involved in the planning and construction of adding road course on the same property, some of which incorporated the existing 1/4 mile drag strip, and some portions of the strip run off roads. That is known as River’s Edge Road Course.

They run GT class cars there, so if you ever feel like a road trip.. :)
