Crazy Weather events in your area

Bit of a long one, 20mm rain
7 hours of freezing rain then 10-15 cm
of snow in 2.5 hours to keep things interesting
the temp has dropped to -13 wind chill -25
salt not going to work to well tonight
go out 6am to touch up banks, clean up after city plows
and side walks guys, then salt every 12 hours
till monday night when we get 25mm of rain LOL

Snow over for the most part here. Winds still whipping it up tho. Suspect it'll be sometime to.orrow before cleanup gets underway. City maintenance plowing in Chtown but provincial and contract operators still dealing with emergencies for fire EMS and maritime electric. Roads that do get a pass are filling in quickly.
We got a good dumping on the Moncton area. Probably around 30 cm or so but the winds created quite the mixture of snow depth in the driveway. Will head out soon to touch up some of the drifting that occurred since I cleaned it yesterday. And it is still pretty cold out there.
Yes Roger you are correct!! I should have bought one with a blower years ago. I really enjoy it though. Cup of coffee in my thermal mug and away we go. Lol. It Was a little cooler yesterday then this morning. I need to figure out a way to block the mesh parts of the cab to stop the wind and the blowing snow. Never noticed it as bad last year I get it is there for ventilation but not ideal for winter conditions lolThe times you get to enjoy sir John Deere eh ??

Mesh issue there is always the Gorilla tape option Charlie, not fancy but it works......................lol
My buddy has the same rig as yours and he just loves it, actually every time I talk to him he says he can't wait for more snow..............lol
He even does a half dozen driveways around his neighborhood just to keep busy, retirement ya know.

Yeah I can see myself just driving around doing a few driveways. I don't blame him. Problem around here is a they are all huge. Haha
