What did you do to your mustang today

ummmmmm hood and lights? Not much of the car in the picture. Lol

So pulled the cover off tonight. Changed the oil, pulled the air filter off cleaned and now it is drying. Charging the battery now. May need to rotate the tires and then I am ready to roll soon.

Didn't do much, car is detailed, ordered recall cooler line.
Oil change goodies and brake fluid, so I can change that.
Not much else to do, wait for rain to clean roads and drive :)

Actually a good idea in older mustangs.
Also go to a better fluid, will help with braking.
Of course this only applies to folks who occasionally
do some spirited driving.

Yeah true enough. Never Drained and chained brake fluid before. Would be a learning experience.

Gerry and I changed the brake fluid in my 06 when we did the rotors and pads. Made a big difference

LOL I read it fast and though you wrote Blinker fluid....which it's important to change whenever you changed your muffler bearing ;)

Should get most fluids changed this year. Been thinking about it all winter. 36,000 miles on the car and the oil is the only fluid I know for sure that's been changed since I bought it. Any advice as to mileage or what I should/shouldn't be worried about?

likely fine in your car, I would do it just because. you can also
up grade the DOT level. Which won't hurt.
I changed everything the first year, Transmission fluid and
gear oil in rear end. I have not done Antifreeze yet.

Think the issue I will have with mine is someone knowing how to service the supercharger. I've seen some in the US actually box it up and ship to California to get that done lol. Sounds $$$$$$

Didn't do anything to, but did something for my Mustang today. I renewed the Registration on line for 7 months.

Also received an e mail from Sirius XM, that Satellite Radio is activated for next 6 months.

Getting it out of storage next Saturday. :FordSmile

What year's your Saleen again? If you have the later transmission (changed in 01 I think), they used to come from Ford overfilled with 3.9 quarts of fluid. Tremec recommends 3.2, supposedly it makes a huge difference. A quick Google search should bring up lots of forum discussions.
