What did you do to your mustang today

Been building a styling/ fake roof bar for the mustang. Yes could have bought one but didn’t like the fit, and would need a new windscreen

Started with some conduit, some bending, added a second tube , had it upholstered in black - finished product

Played around in the garage a little bit today. Bought a bottle of CarPro Darkside it’s a tire sealant instead of a dressing claims it will last up to 12 weeks.
Watched a few YouTube videos on it before I tried it, a couple said to use a solvent and clean the tire before so I tried it. Washed yesterday with APC let dry overnight then used an auto body prep wipe and then two coats of Darkside. Pretty impressive results applies extremely easily and levels out nicely . Now let’s see how long it lasts

Love the look. Question is will it stay on the tires or fly all over your paint? If it stays shinny like that and doesn’t fly onto your paint I’m in.

Got the Love the Drive fitted on the ‘23 and took a drive up the coast to Bouctouche, followed by return via the same route and dinner at Chez Leo.

It's actually dry to the touch, the talking heads say it does not sling as long as you let it cure properly. 2 hours after application.
