They're (I almost slipped and said We're) not tax collectors.
There are far more important issues to be dealt with and no abundance of resources.
Here in Edmundston area, also close to border. Only 8 km's.
My troops did not focus on this issue. Plenty to keep us busy elsewhere.
 
The feeling from the local members is the exact same here Marc, they say they have lots more to do than this stuff. But apparently the head of NB liquor had complained and they had no choice but to act on it so many got caught during that operation. Funny part is that the ERT members from Renous Pen were up for training and two of the boys got nailed and charged coming across with a few cases for the rest of the boys who were staying at the same cottages in Charlo where the Mustang crew stayed when we did the Gaspe fall cruise. Made for an expensive training session, hope they all chipped in, lol.....
 
Salisbury is blowing out canned Jack and cola, a couple cases should hold me for a bit , I hope ???? cheers to the weekend everyone

Don't want to sound like I'm rubbing anything in for those still dealing with snow, snowmelt and the mess that comes with Spring....but I cut the lawn yesterday for the first time this year! Outdoor cleanup is pretty much wrapped up so shouldn't get in the way of golf & cruising in the Mustang in the off hours (whenever those are!).
 
Ok, several days now, Its Phil's Cobra.
I was called to do a quote and way in back yard
is garage with door open, I spot Mustang :)
I do quote ask if he minds if I have a look.
Its his son's car, I am half way around it when it hits me.
Phils car he sold in spring, small world. Car looks
all cleaned up and ready to go.
 
Here's one to think about on Monday.Went in to Marshland Auto Parts to order a brake caliper for the 02 GT.Went back the next day they had a caliper for a Cobra.They told me it should fit any 02 Mustang but I showed them even the bracket was different.They ordered me another one.The next day I went in and they had another Cobra caliper.They told me ordering brake parts was hit and miss.I drove over to Carquest and they had the right one on the shelf.They told me unless I had the "performance package"I would not have Cobra calipers.I'm thinking I may be doing more business with Carquest as it is only 5 minutes from home.Marshland is great for plastic clips and other hard to find parts plus they are open 7 days a week including evenings.Plus they can order performance accessories.
 
Interesting! I ordered both of my calipers at 2 separate times from Marshland with no issues. Got the correct one the first time. Never brought the old one in until after to get my core charge back. I have been there many of times over the years with no issues.

Was that your first time dealing with them Dave?
 
No.I bought the other side last year with no problem.These ones had Cobra stamped on them and were different,I always deal with Tammy there and she hardly ever leads me wrong.But she only had listings for one style caliper and that wasn't it.
