Thought of the day.

you guys are lucky if they fix the potholes that fast, we play slalom most of the summer
down here. I thought you guys waiting till May because of the 6 month lic?

Roads here are worse than normal, they should have closed them 2 weeks ago.
Not much frost in the ground here if any.

Just came back from a Dartmouth- Fredericton round trip, around the potholes I mean. Almost thought I was on the dragon again but with the truck with all the twists and turns to avoid the worst of the potholes and the deer!

I bent one of the rims on my work vehicle so bad on a pot hole in Dieppe that I lost air in the tire. They were able to bang the rim out so it held air again. Complained about the Pot Hole, and to my surprise, it was filled within 2 days. :FordSmile

I went out this morning to salt due to possible snow and freezing rain, they put brine
on the roads, it was so much it was wet, this stuff makes salt look harmless to cars.
takes twice as much rain to get rid of it arrrrggg. +7 yesterday, plus 5 today.
Sun is shining 4-6 weeks seems like a lifetime, I miss the car :(

Road trip Monday, going to Montreal to pick up another truck for work.
Hope they weather stays good. I need early spring to go to work, pay
for all the upgrades in gear and also Mustang is calling my name :)

Well spring teased us and we could almost smell the exhaust fumes.
5cm turned in to 16 and another 5 turned into 22cm and now the ground is covered with
more snow than we saw all winter. Last week you were tempted to grab a rake and clean up.
Ahh but the snow shovels needed more work. We were so close, could almost taste it LOL>

Last nights drive home was interesting to say the least. 5.5 hrs to get home from Fredericton. NS and NB could put some plows out - only saw 4 plows in the 400 km and two of those were heading in the opposite direction
