In wake of Dennis' loss, I think we all know someone who has been affected by disease, cancer being a leader.
For my part it was losing a younger sister to cervical cancer when she was only 28, a young mother and newly married.
It's natural and healthy to think of our lost loved ones.
However today I want to ask your positive thoughts for a Mustang enthusiast who is still with us and undertaking his battle with the disease.
He is not a member of this forum but he is a good friend of mine and a local entrepreneur who employs a half dozen employees year round.
He is an electrical contractor in Edmundston.
This past summer he was having back pains. This led to his having lymph nodes removed from his arm pits in September.
Well, today he texted me a picture of himself walking into the oncology clinic with the one word caption "arrived".
I'm sure he is nervous at this time and could benefit from our positive thoughts and energies.
His name is Jacques Hebert and he owns a 2005 white GT hard top, manual.
He has a Paxton SC in there and puts out and equivalent of 638 hp at the crank.
His last mods were last summer when he got 20 inch wheels and Wilwood brakes. He had the wheels powder coated white to match the car.
Here's a couple pics of his car during a run to Campbellton last summer.
The one by the tree is at Roger (Fun GT)'s house as we dropped by to say high.
Best of health to you all and sincere Regards,
Marc
