Latest news is that he is impersonating a Police Officer and driving an old RCMP Cruiser and May be wearing a Police Uniform.

The RCMP certainly seems to have enough manpower present along with ERT (SWAT).

I have said no to it being a daily parking garage for years.

Yes 2.3 Turbo. I even had a new wiring harness and ECU. The guy wants to do a swap.
