Thought of the day.

My Mustang in storage so I got to work on the old F250 today. Had both front wheels apart, new wheel cylinders installed, repacked bearings and reassembled passengers side. Waiting on an adjuster cable for the drivers side so got the new front shocks installed . Getting closer to back on the road. Window seals project is next!

Seen the truck again this morning, it is in some shape, going to be great fun to see that going
down the road, quite a bit different than the Mustang, but very cool.
We're going to need some Pics Gerry.

Needs its own thread I’d say. Got to see it yesterday and can’t wait till she’s going down the road.

Nice to see you getting back to work on the old beast. Looking forward to seeing it live someday. I agree it needs it's own build thread.

Just got back from a 3 day snowmobile trip in the Bathurst area with 3 other couples. Stayed at the Atlantic Host and boy quite impressed with the stuff sitting in the parking lot which was filled up with diesels towing trailers carrying 4-5 sleds, and most were from Nova Scotia, so lots of bucks surrounding this sport. If you fellas found it cold in the past few days well I think the ladies in the back of our sleds did too ?? lol , but all enjoyed it regardless.....

I miss snowmobiling that's for sure. Yeah cold days like we have had in the past few days where never fun for 2 up riders. If I ever get back into it she will have her own again as well. The lst couple years she had her own and said she will never get back on 2 up. Enjoyed driving her own. Trails must have been awesome.

I had a sled years ago, but not likely ever here because you pretty much have to travel to use it.
After last little while, thinking save money for warmer climate, then go looking for snow LOL.

Heading to watch the game with the boys in a few minutes. Always enjoy the Superbowl when able to catch it if not working but don't really have a favorite team. Going for the Pats again though !!

We have pretty good snowmobiling trails right here in my own back yard but if you're looking for what I believe to be the capital of snowmobiling in New Brunswick I have to say Bathurst is the right spot. You can leave from there and do a different run for a full week if you wanted to and for some reason people from that area just enjoy the sport and they work together at keeping the trails and clubs right up to pare, there doesn't seem to be any competition between clubs for some reason so everything just works..And you are right Charlie the trails were just awesome and so was the Hotel set up, great weekend !!

Funny but the National President for the snowmobile association is from Campbellton this year and he was mentioning how nice it was to work with the folks from Bathurst. So this year, for the second one in a row, he invited over 200 sledders from Ontario as they are doing a fundraiser run and that is just great stuff for the area bringing in lots of publicity and not to mention well needed bucks.
