I'm getting way to experienced at swapping alternators on the Stang, this is the 3rd one. FYI you can get from the Wentworth rd in Windsor to the old boneyard on the 14, just before it meets the 214, another 10 min or so and I would have made it home. Thanks to Sangsters in Elmsdale who were very helpful even thought I had misplaced the paperwork
 
Stock alternator on 2005- 09 has been know to have issues, pony up to the bit bigger one, your problems
will go away.
 
Well after supper the sun come out and we decided to go for a drive and grab a coffee.
Sitting in downtown Halifax, the lightening let us know what was about to happen.
Wet drive home means the thought of washing now became a requirement :)
 
Thanks for the well wishes, spent most of the day in the Mustang, endured a few rainy spells but arrived at the unmentioned location in sunshine! Hoping for a dry trip home tomorrow, car could use a wash . Since Sunday it's been to Fredericton,Bathurst, Moncton, back home and on a road trip with Jackie as we speak.
 
Starting out as beautiful day, work is done, lunch is done Bbq ribs.
Now wash car, see a nap in my future. maybe Point pleasant park tonight
if nice. Anyone else going ?
 
Well we made it over and back and missed the rain this time.
Best I can tell not by much. Quiet here this weekend.
Must have been lots of cruising going on, we need some updates :)
 
I don't think Gerry and I ever found it so hot on the MAA run that we put up the roof and turned on the a/c even in the desert, there was one day in Texas that the top was up with the a/c going but we were in the middle of thunderstorms with the possibility of tornado's. The storms didn't really cool things off that much
