I would think that dealer license plate frame from Kelowna BC, would be the rare item in New Brunswick..

It’s the ford official name for the colour, only available in 2013 and 2014 as an extra cost, so fairly rare.
I have one of only two verts in NB with that colour.
A couple of years ago I met the Ford engineer who came up with the colour and the name for it which was pretty cool. See my Dream Cruise thread for this year and there is a video where they went round his collection of 80+ mustangs.
