My wife’s car when we bought it had one installed on it. It was I believe a 3M product installed by local guys by the name of Trimline. I mean you can see the line but that is unavoidable unless you wrap the complete car as Trevor mentioned. I think it looks alright. It Definitely helps.

I had mine completely wrapped with expel wrap then had it ceramic coated, glad I did like Trever said keeps the paint new and swirl free. It also makes the car a breeze to clean

I was lucky that mine already had some road rash when I bought it10 years old with 100,000 miles. Still lols pretty good after 22 years.
