Well broke ground a few weeks ago for an “equipment shed”.
But I hear you can still park a car or two for winter in an equipment shed. ?
One on the trailer and one in front of the trailer easily.
Necessary if I have any hope of “Adding” a Mach 1 to the herd.

30X46, two 12x10 doors with drain in floor.
Should be ready by October they say.

It'll be another 4-5 years (letting the market stabilize (not just the material but manpower), finishing this house's payments & almost clearing the land by the 5 years mark as well.

By then sadly for me I'll have for $300k worth of garage ideas alone in my mind lol

Not much.
They put the foam on the foundation, along with veneer to protect the top part of foam, and piped in the drain and foundation drains.

We’re ready to fill back in.

Herd today they should be filling in foundation Monday, with trusses delivered Tuesday.
Then lumber delivered Wednesday for work to start shortly after.
