I hate to bare the bad news about the tazer, or Conducted Energy Weapon [CEW].
They don’t knock people out.
They temporarily incapacitate.
After the 5 second cycle, the tazed subject can get back up.
Could be a long day of watching people fall down and get back up to exact revenge on someone else.
Be like night of the living dead.
Could be a lot of fun to watch though. ?
