I agree. Most of the roads here are not in good shape and there are large speed bumps everywhere. Just about every vehicle we have been in down here seems to have blown shocks and/or bad strut mounts, so maybe the owner installed adjustable shocks and has them dialled all the way up for clearance.looks like it sits really high
