2026 Annual Tri Province Spring Run to Taylor Ford in Amherst- Saturday June 27th

Wow… what a day!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our 10th Anniversary Maritime Mustang Tri-Province Run such a success. We had an incredible turnout with 140 Mustangs and over 250 people joining us to celebrate this special milestone.

Seeing that many beautiful cars and so many smiling faces reminds us what Maritime Mustang is all about. Over the past 10 years we’ve built an amazing community, and none of it would be possible without the support of our members, their families, and everyone who continues to make these events so enjoyable.

We’d also like to send a very special thank you to Taylor Ford Amherst for being such fantastic hosts. Your generosity and hospitality were greatly appreciated. The delicious meal, fresh salads, and anniversary cake were the perfect way to wrap up an amazing day. Thank you for helping make our 10th anniversary one to remember.

Finally, thank you to everyone who helped organize the run, volunteered their time, and travelled from across the Maritimes to be part of it. We hope everyone made it home safely and had as much fun as we did.

Here’s to the next chapter of Maritime Mustang. We can’t wait to see everyone again on the next run!

Thank you all for making our 10th anniversary so memorable. 🐎❤️

Great day at Taylor Ford and I would like to express my thanks to the staff of Taylor Ford, and all of the others who worked hard to make this a memorable 10 Year celebration of this group. Here are some drone photos taken throughout the day. Links to videos will be posted in the next day as they have to be individually uploaded into Youtube. I will also post them to the Facebook page.

Well Said Charles, What a great day, again, can't Say enough about Steve and the folks at Taylor Ford
they came on day off and did an amazing job, taking care of us. Super group of folks.

It was great to see some old friends out, met lots of new great people, the cars WOW
so many great Mustangs and Marcels F150 Lightning was very cool.

I will Echo Charles, the people who help out for every event or run is incredible
from every corner of the Maritime's the support of these people and all who attend
make this happen, 140 Mustangs on a day that was a bit sketchy and turned out great.

10 YEARS, wow, I hope we are all around for another 10 years

Thank you everyone

Thanks so much to Taylor Ford for organizing and hosting for ten years and thanks to Maritime Mustang for coordinating at our end.

I find it unfortunate that although I've been communicating with everyone on this site for years, like Ohtobbad or KBStang and everyone else, when I attend these events, I know nobody, and I'm not the only one that boat. I see a lot if people wandering around on their own. Is there any way we can connect for real when we're together in person? I think we'd all like to meet each other. I'm not complaining, I really enjoy these events.

You make a good point. The Taylor Ford event is a great time, but the time there seems to go very fast. During the Fall Runs we share a lot more time together, and eat a number of meals together, so there are more opportunities to meet those you are usually only in contact with on-line.

This years Fall Run is in PEI, and there should be more details coming out in the next week or so. If you are able to attend that event, we should all get a chance to spend more time together.

The June New Hampshire Run is usually a fairly small group, but we spend a lot of time together over three days (and approx 2,000 kms of driving), so you get to know the other participants fairly well - always a great time.

KBStang, thanks for responding. The PEI run in the fall will be the same, I have been on Island runs and those who know each other stick together, that includes me. It's not a criticism of anyone but it is real. I don't really think there is a solution but it is too bad we have made great connections through MM but when we get together, in a lot of cases we don't know each other. Maybe it is what it is.

Good points by all, Its very difficult to meet or build connections
in a fast pace event like the spring run, 250+ people;e same place for
a few hours.

The fall run, even though a one day event, has become for many a weekend event
Hanging out Friday night, run and supper Sat, also hanging out a Hotel Sat, night,
Tehn Sunday morning before depart. Even though your from the Island, you might consider
staying at hotel. Also the Nationals weekend, Friday run and supper and Sat night Supper
hanging out on Mountain road together are more likely events for this.

I have said to many over the years, not everyone will like everyone, but at these events
you will make a few friends with time that will be close,
The more you come too, the more friends you will make over time.

True story, on the forum you get to know people by their alias and by their car(s).....you know them, but you've never met them.

I wonder out loud if you had folks at the shows wear a name tag with their MM alias on it ??

Maybe that would maybe spark a conversation or connection if you ran into them at show ???

Or maybe have the MM alias on their car windshield at the show as well ??

I've been to a few shows and had the same experience, it's overwhelming with so many people.

All great points. I agree in a large group setting it can be difficult to meet other people. And most of the time we may not know each others real names or what people look like. We have talked on the forum and that’s it. An event like this past weekend there is alot going on that’s for sure. I agree though some events are better than others. The fall run lasts longer so I find it makes it easier to strike up conversations with people you may have never met in person.

We did breach the name tag thing in the past however definitely would need some extra hands for that chor. Definitely would need both names on it.
