link is a write up form Autotrader on 2024, take look what do you think
For me, take out the Horse on front, no way you would know its a Mustang, cross between dodge and camaro Inside a bit techie for me as well, but sure techie folks will love it, Side view looks like a Mustang, nut sure whats I think about rear yet or what they were trying to accomplish.
Guess I need more info and will need to see in person for real eye test
whats your thoughts?

I don’t love the front end.

I can’t get passed the double tv screens inside.
Feels to me like a futuristic hellicopter cockpit.

Those screens = source of anxiety for me.
I prefer analog.

So, I’m very happy with cars I have now.
Not even curious about 2024.

I really can't figure it out, I know with part shortage etc, sales were down for all three
Mustang, Camaro and Challenger.
But Mustang always out sold the other two by big margins,
So why make it look like one of those?
Its also a sports car, why make dash look like the back seat of a mini van?

Only thing I can think of is exc's want to get rid of all cars incluidng the Mustang
so make look like bad selling Challlenger and camaro. God I hope I am wrong.

I did not fact check but sales have been going down significantly last couple years.
I even think Camaro outsold Mustang last year…?

It’s basically a car for people of a certain age.
Young people, millennials and so on, aren’t so hot for any of those three cars.
true but in fariness, most of the summer last year and year before you could not get a new Mustang
Chip shortage, other parts etc.

Also the pirce has gone up quite bit in last few years,
its no longer the affordable mucsle car

True that is.
Last summer, orders placed in late winter-spring only showed up in the fall.
And other orders never got built.

Both our franchises each had a Mach 1 ordered and neither got built.

And prices did go up, but that was a universal thing across the board.
All manufacturers prices went up.
Part of that sky high inflation we are living now.

The scary or sad part is, 2023 will be more of the same.
Very few Mustang allocations to be had because of transition to 2024 model.
2023 MY will be a short production run followed by shutdown before resuming build of 2024.

And, dealers not guaranteed the car they order.
You could order a GT and Ford might deliver an EB.
Order a manual, get an auto.
Like playing lottery.

And I don’t think prices are going down.
