Haven't done anything yet as still way too much snow and dirty roads up here to think about taking car out.
But couple weeks ago was reflecting on how this was third winter of ownership for my Fusion Sport and how it still had not seen winter yet.
And it probably would not see next winter either.
Started thinking I'm treating that car like a second Mustang.
Would be hard to eventually use it in winter for the first time.
Meanwhile, we rolled out of storage a nice 2015 GT trade in from last fall and put it in the showroom.
I started thinking probably the two are close in value.
So where is this all leading you ask?
Well the answer is that what I did to my Mustang lately is that I got it a stable mate and I guess I can now call myself a collector.
Traded the Fusion on this 2015 GT Premium auto shifter.
Never winter driven. Know the previous owner.
Only 19000 km's.
First mod to this one...
Have these wheels on order from Forgestar in gunmetal. 19 x 9.5 F and 19 x 11 R.
Tires also on order. Michelin Super Sports 265-40-19 F and 305-35-19 R.
Making room for brakes.
Already have plans for future.
JLT CAI, throttle body, 3.55's, Borla cat back "Touring" exhaust and Tune.
Brembo six piston PP front brakes with synthetic Dot 4, SS brake lines and JLT cooling ducts.
Bunch of suspension work front to back, including Maximum Motorsport Caster Camber plates.
As you might guess by now, this one is going to see the track too.
